A further exploration of Spring rebirth!
During this full moon you are invited to look inward and self-reflect. What has worked for you this past month and what hasn’t? Take this precious time to let go of all that you’re done with and turn it into compost for the coming spring. Led by instructor Julie Moffat, this class will incorporate gentle Qi movements that honor the fullness & clarity of the moon followed by guided Taoist & Tibetan sounds to clear the body of stress, anger, fear, sadness and worry. All of these emotions can be transformed into new energy of love, kindness, intuition, courage and trust. In this class we will also soothe the nervous system through various Qigong modalities including full body self-massage, lymphatic massage and guided meditation.
